There have been a few select moments in my life where I felt I was impacted, changed, and different for the better. When my best friend took me skydiving for Christmas (I'm pretty sure that year I gave her a book), I haven't quite been able to look at life the same.  It was finally something I got to cross off my bucket list, and say that I've done. But is was SO much more then that! It made my passion for life multiply itself tenfold and me realize that, you know what? Life's just too dang short not to jump out of airplanes every once in a while... Especially when the guy strapped to your back has had more free fall time then anyone else in the world.

So basically I've just been messing around on photoshop all day. Pictures impact people so much, and the fad of adding quotes to them hasn't gone unnoticed.

When I went to Targhee this day, to be totally honest. Wasn't the greatest day ever. Still fun but... eh. My buddy ran into me with his board, (which gave me a super nice looking butt bruise the next week. Which all my roommates as well as a few select others got the special privilege of viewing) and I hadn't been as good as the previous season. In reality though, you couldn't deny the absolutely gorgeous day it was. I don't know if I had ever seen a clearer day whilst boarding. So this is one of my favorite pictures, because when I first saw it... A realization hit me: I like the person I'm becoming.

So there's something about letting the sun hit your face that just can't be described. I'll admit I was hounding the internet trying to find the perfect quote, when I suddenly got sucked into reading bits of Emerson, and pieces of Thoreau, and soaking in their inspired words. I stuck with one from Thoreau's Walden, "Let us be as simple and well as nature ourselves, dispel the clouds which hang over our brows, and take up a little life into our pores."
